Custom-built heavy-duty vertical-lift bin-tipper

Lift up to 750kgs.

A safe viable alternative to conveyors for cost effective lifting and emptying product up to a height of 6 metres ... simple to use ... occupies minimal floor space.

Ideal for a wide range of industries including Bakeries, Food and Fruit Processors, Meat Processors, Grape Growers or Wineries, Fish Farms, Nut Farms and Processing Factories, Demolition Industry, Theme Parks, Mining Industry, Engineering Industry etc.

Empty up to 750kg weight
Hydraulic pressure-relief valve prevents the binlifter overloading. Flow control valve accurately regulates lowering speed at all times.


 

Tipping Height
Custom-built to required height up to 6 metres.


 

 

Maintenance-Free
Heavy-duty bin emptiers do not require regular maintenance and have a history of proven reliability.


 

 

Safety Guarding Panels
Guarded to at least 2.5 metres high on both sides.

Unique tipping action
Bins raised vertically, then gently rotated around the lip of your hopper. Action can be stopped to allow gradual emptying of product.

 

 

Galvanised or
stainless steel options
Standard machines have fully hot-dip galvanised steel frames.
Stainless steel option available for entire machine or some parts eg. bin-cradle or sheetmetal covers.

 

 

Electrically interlocked doors
The binlifter WILL NOT OPERATE unless the door is closed and remains closed. The machine stops instantly if the door is opened during operation.

 

 

Mobility
Four heavy-duty castors or lugs for bolting to floor. Castors include 2 lock-down feet to ensure stability during emptying process.

Simple Operation
Wheel bin/hopper in, press ‘Up’ to lift and empty. Press ‘Down’ to return cradle to ground level. Machine can be stopped at any time during operation by removing finger from the button. Machine will cease operation IMMEDIATELY if door is opened during operation.
